Refund Policy

At StaycationMCR, we understand that plans can change. Please review our refund and cancellation policy before booking.
1. Cancellations
Cancellations made within 2 weeks (14 days) before your scheduled visit are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made more than 2 weeks before the visit may be eligible for a refund, minus any processing fees.
2. Refundable Deposit
A £100 refundable deposit is required upon booking.
This deposit will be fully refunded within 5–7 business days after checkout, provided there are no damages, missing items, or policy violations.
3. No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive on your scheduled date without prior notice, your booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
