Refund Policy

At StaycationMCR, we understand that plans can change. Please review our refund and cancellation policy before booking.

1. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within 2 weeks (14 days) before your scheduled visit are not eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellations made more than 2 weeks before the visit may be eligible for a refund, minus any processing fees.

2. Refundable Deposit

  • A £100 refundable deposit is required upon booking.

  • This deposit will be fully refunded within 5–7 business days after checkout, provided there are no damages, missing items, or policy violations.

3. No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive on your scheduled date without prior notice, your booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
