Welcome to StaycationMCR. By booking with us or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings must be made by individuals aged 18 or older.

  • A valid payment method and £100 refundable deposit are required upon booking.

  • Full payment is due at the time of reservation unless stated otherwise.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  •  Check-in after 15:00
     
  • Checkout before 11:00

     

Late check-outs may result in additional fees.

3. Guest Responsibility

Guests must:

  • Respect the property, neighbors, and house rules.

  • Report any damages immediately.

  • Avoid parties or disruptive behavior.

Any damages or rule violations may result in deposit deductions or additional charges.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Our refund terms follow the StaycationMCR Refund Policy, which states that cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival are non-refundable.

5. Liability

StaycationMCR is not liable for:

  • Personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during your stay.

  • Issues caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, power outages).

6. Privacy

All guest information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
